Al Deem Townhomes at Yas Island by Aldar Master Plan

The Al Deem townhomes master plan envisages a lively and family-friendly community the Yas Islands built on Emirati culture. It consists of 450 townhomes, some of which will incorporate live-work units. The Al Deem master plan incorporates various green spine connectors, pedestrian paths, and recreational spaces, with an eco-loop connecting most key community amenities, including schools, parks, mosques, and retail plazas. The intentional design of this plan, along with the various included amenities, activates and promotes the residents' lifestyles. The plan also incorporates courts for sports, an outdoor gym, and an equestrian center to promote well-being and activity. Bridges included in the plan connect the neighborhood to Yas Island and Abu Dhabi International Airport, creating both convenience and future-forward livability.
