241 Waterside at Dubai Islands Master Plan

The masterplan for 241 Waterside creates an integrated waterfront community that will be part of the Dubai Islands, Deira. In designing the eight-storey building, we paid particular attention to ensure a light and bright building with views of water in every apartment as well as designed apartments that are spacious and well laid out to meet residents’ needs. The shared component included landscaped gardens, pedestrian areas, and areas to enjoy leisure activities - all of which support the concept of a relaxed, community-based lifestyle. Consideration of all amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, and secured parking, will all add convenience for residents. The masterplan for 241 Waterside weaved all factors together with easy access to beaches, retail centres, and transport facilities; all delivering a modern living experience that provides residents with a connection to nature whilst having the desire to be a part of a lively and active ambiance.
