Near Al Barsha, Town Square will eventually include around 3,000 townhouses, 18,000 flats, and a sizable section of the retail, hotel, and commercial space. A central, bustling area containing retail and dining areas, plazas, green spaces, mosques, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and outdoor sports facilities also appear in the master plan.
